Looking for a job that keeps you outside?

Paddle Moab runs trips from March through November, and we're always looking for great people to join our guide team. Our guides spend their days on the river, exploring the desert, and working alongside a crew that likes to have a good time while getting the job done.

We're looking for people who are reliable, love being outdoors, and bring good energy to the crew. The best guides enjoy meeting people, learning new skills, and making the most of every day on the river.

We typically onboard our guide team in January, so early applications are encouraged.
