Whitewater Rafting in Moab, Utah is a must do when visiting the area. Our guided whitewater rafting trips run down the ‘Fisher Towers’ section of the Colorado River. This is an exciting stretch of class II/III rapids and beautiful red rock scenery. We use 6-person paddle rafts to make sure we have big fun.

RAFTING

Full Day Whitewater Rafting Trip

What to expect:
We will load up the vans and head up HWY 128 (river road) to the put-in where we load rafts. Once the rafts are in the water we will do a safety talk and go over paddling technique. After everyone is secure in their PFD(personal flotation device) we will push off from shore and go whitewater rafting. You will paddle through breath taking scenery of towering red rock canyons, go through many fun rapids, and enjoy lunch on a riverside beach. When we get to the take-out our shuttle vehicle will be waiting and we will head back to Moab. Join us for this fun and exciting trip and make memories for a lifetime.

HALF Day Whitewater Rafting Trip

What to expect:
Whitewater rafting in Moab, Utah done right. Our guided half-day whitewater rafting trip cut right to the chase. We go straight to the rapids, this trip starts right at the first rapid ‘Onion Creek Rapid’ and straight into the fun. We will follow the Colorado River down the “Fisher Tower’s” section. This is a fun section of class II/III rapids that provide some beautiful scenery of towering red rock along the way. We provide all the needed gear and instruction.  Join us for this action packed trip.

KAYAKING

Flatwater Fun

A family friendly kayaking trip down the Colorado River. This is a flat water trip so you do not need to worry about any rapids. The towering sandstone cliffs will surround you as you kayak down river. The entire trip borders Arches National Park as you float, paddle, and swim downstream. Our guides will talk with you about the local area and why Moab, Utah is such a special place.

Overnight Camping

Camping on the Colorado River

This is the ultimate river trip for any outdoor enthusiast. Camping with family and friends on this all-inclusive trip makes memories that last a lifetime.

DAY 1:
Trip begins at the historic Dewey Bridge. This is a flat water section called “postcard alley”. Rightfully named, the scenery is one of the most beautiful and photographed areas of the Southwest Desert. Camp is at Onion Creek Rapid, the first rapid of the Fisher Towers Daily. The scenery at this spot is unlike any other. Once at camp, you can relax on the beach or we can go play in Onion Creek Rapid.  Dinner is freshly prepared for you.

DAY 2:
The day is started with a healthy breakfast. Once camp is all packed up, it is time to get on the river. The Fisher Tower’s section of the Colorado River is an excellent section to learn how to safely navigate whitewater.  This section is a class II/III section. Class III during spring run off (April - May), and Class II the rest of the year.

This trips includes a guide, equipment, transportation, food, sleeping kits, snacks and drinks. All of your overnight gear will be taken down river by a support craft and will be ready for you at camp. Previous paddle experience is not necessary but recommended. Paddling can be physically demanding so anyone going on the trip must be physically active. During the course of day one, your guide will be preparing you for whitewater stand up paddle boarding. Each of our guides are certified paddle board instructors.

**SUP Option: If you want to Stand Up Paddle then previous paddle experience is  not necessary but recommended. Launches: Departs 9:30 a.m. on Day 1 / Returns around 2:00 p.m. on Day 2.
Cost: $450 Adult (16 & up) / $400 Youth (7 - 15)
Participants: 4 people needed for a trip to go. If you are a group smaller than 4, give us a call and we will see what we can put together.
